By accessing or using Backlink Manager ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including free trial users, paid subscribers, and API users. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Backlink Manager is a backlink monitoring and management platform that allows users to track the status of backlinks in their portfolios, receive alerts when link statuses change, manage multiple client accounts, and access backlink data via API.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

You may not create accounts for the purpose of automated abuse, scraping, or circumventing usage limits.

You agree not to use the Service to:

· Violate any applicable laws or regulations. · Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. · Transmit malicious code, viruses, or any software designed to damage or disrupt systems. · Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure. · Use the Service to monitor backlinks to websites that promote illegal activity, hate speech, or content that violates our community standards. · Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Access to the Backlink Manager API is subject to the rate limits and usage policies specified in your subscription plan. API keys are personal and may not be shared or distributed.

We reserve the right to throttle or suspend API access if usage patterns suggest abuse, excessive load, or violation of these Terms.

API data may not be used to build competing products or services without our prior written consent.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

We use Stripe for payment processing. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. If a payment fails, we may suspend your account until the outstanding balance is resolved.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service, including your backlink portfolios and monitoring configurations. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service to you.

We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for any purpose other than operating and improving the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Backlink Manager and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring claims before the courts of your country of residence.
